Happy Chinese Valentine's Day

Lunar 7th July is the Valentine's Day is China, named "Qi Xi" (七夕). This festival comes from a romantic legend: Niulang and Zhinv could have date once a year on 7th July, because Zhinv was the daughter of the Queen Mother. And she couldn't fall in love with an ordinary person. But their love was so movavle and honest. So the queen mother allowed them to date once a year.

So, there were many poets who moved by their love and then wrote a lot of peotries about it. For example, Immortals at the Magpie Bridge (鹊桥仙) is one of the most famous peotry about Qi Xi.
There are English and Chinese versions below, please enjoy them:
Immortals at the Magpie Bridge

Clouds float like works of art,

Stars shoot with grief at heart.

Across the Milky Way the Cowherd meets the Maid.

When Autumn’s Golden Wind embraces Dew of Jade,

All the love scenes on earth, however many, fade.

  Their tender love flows like a stream;

Their happy date seems but a dream.

How can they bear a separate homeward way?

If love between both sides can last for aye,

Why need they stay together night and day?
